Refund & Cancellation Policy — Lotex-SW Last updated: October 14, 2026 1. Scope This policy applies to annual Lotex-SW subscriptions ordered through https://ai.lotex-dev.com. The base subscription costs USD $40 per year per website, with an additional USD $10 per year if you select the Lotex-provided Gemini account, subject to disclosed usage limits. 2. Cancellation before activation You may request cancellation and a refund before activation unless dedicated work has already begun or genuine non-recoverable costs have been incurred. Any justified deductions will be explained before a refund is processed, subject to applicable law. 3. After activation Subscriptions run for 12 months from activation. Canceling during an active term does not automatically result in a refund for unused time. However, refund requests may be reviewed where a material technical failure within our responsibility cannot be remedied within a reasonable period, or where applicable law provides a right to a refund. 4. Gemini and third-party charges If you use your own Gemini API key, charges from Google or other providers are separate from Lotex-SW payments. Fees for the Lotex-provided Gemini option are part of your selected plan and subject to this policy and applicable legal rights. Bank processing, currency conversion, or services already performed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. 5. How to request cancellation or a refund Contact us through our Contact Us page. Include your website domain, the email address used for the order, your order reference if available, and the reason for your request. Do not send passwords or API keys. We may ask for reasonable proof of order ownership to protect your account. 6. Refund processing When a refund is approved, we will confirm the refund amount and available return method. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider. We cannot guarantee a fixed settlement time. 7. Renewal and expiry Renewals are not charged automatically unless you expressly consent to an automatic renewal arrangement, if one is offered. Access may stop when a subscription expires without renewal. 8. Legal rights Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or obligations that cannot be waived under applicable law.
