You can use a free Gemini account through Google AI Studio. Its free tier may cover most light, general use, depending on usage, the selected model, and Google’s limits. With your own account, the service costs $40 per year, with no Lotex account fee. If you prefer the Lotex account, add $10 per year to the $40 annual service fee.

The assistant uses the content you choose to index, such as pages, posts, and products, along with the company information, services, and business hours you add. It can also show your website pages as answer sources.
Does it work with stores and custom websites?
The plugin supports WordPress and WooCommerce, including products, prices, and stock. The assistant can also be embedded in custom websites using the installation code. WordPress dashboard features and shortcodes are specific to WordPress sites.
